Some Vortex Fitness products are available for purchase on a pre-order basis.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is in stock. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page.

Estimated Delivery

• Estimated delivery for pre-order items is 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, shipping, or courier factors

We will keep you informed if there are any significant changes to your estimated delivery timeframe.

Payment

• Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase

• Your order secures your place in the production or incoming stock queue

Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order before dispatch for a full refund by contacting us.

Once the item has been dispatched, standard returns terms apply.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.
