  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email

  • A contract is formed once your order has been accepted and payment has been processed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Prices include applicable UK taxes (unless otherwise stated)

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, and Wix Payments. We do not store payment card details.

5. Pre-Orders

Some products are available on a pre-order basis.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is not currently in stock

  • Estimated delivery times are 2–3 weeks and are not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing or shipping factors outside our control

You may cancel a pre-order before dispatch for a full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary:

  • Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Used resistance bands are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Vortex Fitness products are intended for general fitness and exercise use only.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:

  • You use the products at your own risk

  • You will follow all safety guidelines provided

  • You will consult a healthcare professional before use if you have medical conditions or injuries

We accept no liability for injuries caused by improper use, overexertion, or failure to follow instructions.
