2.2. We make every effort to display product colours, specifications, and resistance levels accurately. However, your device's display may affect how colours appear, and all measurements/resistance levels are approximate.
2.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2. A legally binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted and payment processed.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
4.2. Prices include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
4.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We process payments securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments). We do not store your financial details.

5.1. We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
5.2. Delivery timeframes are estimates. While we aim to process orders within 1–2 business days, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
5.3. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds (Your Right to Cancel)

6.1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: You have the right to change your mind and return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
6.2. Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, used resistance bands cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
6.3. Faulty Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory right to a full refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described. For faulty goods, you have a right to a full refund for up to 30 days from delivery.

7.2. Assumption of Risk: Exercise carries inherent risks. You should consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing injuries or medical conditions.
7.3. Inspection: You must inspect equipment before every use. Do not use any product that shows signs of wear, fraying, or damage.
7.4. Disclaimer: Vortex Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, overexertion, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8.2. To the extent permitted by law, Vortex Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8.3. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with an order shall be limited to the total price of that order.
