At Vortex Fitness, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided that:

• The item is unused

• The item is in its original condition and packaging

• The item is clean and free from signs of wear

For hygiene and safety reasons, used resistance bands cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Used resistance bands

• Items damaged through misuse or incorrect use

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after inspection

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

• We recommend using a tracked service for returns
